We remind that you have 14 working days from the date of receipt of goods, to signal your intention of making a return.
To return the item, please follow the steps below.
- Fill in the ‘’returns-authorization form’’ that you find in this section, completed in all its parts
- Submit the form within this period indicated, by email: customercare@cruccolinistyle.com or by Fax: 075 8472143
- Wait to be contacted by the Cruccolini Customer Service that (after verification of the mandatory requirements) will authorize the return, giving you the authorization code to put on the copy of the order on your hands.
- Put inside the carton package a copy of the order with indicated the number of return authorization.

IMPORTANT: YOU CAN SHIP THE MATERIAL, ONLY AFTER RECEIVING THE RETURNS AUTHORIZATION NUMBER
We remind you that:
- CUSTOMER must arrange for shipment, using the preferred carrier at his own expenses. The shipment must be made within 7 working days from the receipt of the return authorization.
- Products must be returned undamaged and unused, properly packed in their original packaging, and complete with all their accessories.
- The costs and all risks of returning products are borne to the CUSTOMER.
Once received the product/s, Cruccolini reserves the right to assess its condition and to proceed to a full refund of the PRODUCT/S only if perfectly intact/s.
• WE CLARIFY THAT: FOR RETURNS UNDER WARRANTY OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS, YOU MUST FILL IN THE RETURNS AUTHORIZATION FORM TO CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER OFFICE, OUR STAFF WILL GIVE YOU RETURN AND SHIPMENT INSTRUCTIONS
