The fully equipped “Mediterraneo” barbecue offers multiple cooking solutions to satisfy every need.
Equipped by three grids, you can choose the most suitable one for every cooking need: A large 65x40 cm grid and a small 33x40.5 cm grid made of stainless steel rods, for classic cooking suitable for any type of food and a soapstone grid, excellent for dietary and healthy cooking.
The “Mediterraneo” barbecue is also equipped with a removable ash drawer that makes cleaning and emptying easier, and by leaving it slightly open, it facilitates the oxygenation of the embers.
A sturdy embers support grid protects the main structure from thermal stress, and thanks to the convenient wheels it can be placed wherever you want.
This model is equipped with a built-in lid that performs several functions: when closed it protects the inside of the barbecue from atmospheric agents, at the end of cooking it can be closed to extinguish the embers quickly and store them for later reuse, and finally when open, it becomes a convenient working area.
With the “Mediterraneo” barbecue you can have fun making any dish, surprising your guests with unique flavors.
