This grill model, has been designed to cook perfectly the delicious ovine meat skewers (Arrosticini) which require a strong heat cooking.
The ''Arrosticini'' grill allows a grilling on its entire length close to the embers without burning the skewer's stick, it's grid less to prevent food sticking.
This barbercue has a sturdy frame but also lightweight and thanks to its folding legs is confortable to bring with you for picnics and outings.
Equipped with ventilation holes, it is easy to light, and the embers-loading’s ramp and ash-discharge, makes it functional and easy to clean.
