Built with highest quality materials, the ''Alpi'' grill combines strength and safety with the convenience of the gas feeding to get professional performance.
This grill offers two interchangeable cooking surfaces:
1) ‘’Dietary’’ with the sturdy stainless steel grate equipped with the innovative ‘’ Cruccolini sauce recovery system’’ that collects the sauces into the provided pot, avoiding annoying flare-ups and the excessive smoke: Great for cooking fatty meats.
2) ‘’Griddle’’ with real soapstone from the Piedmont Alps, that allows to cook dishes according to ancient dietary traditions, enhancing their flavors.
The burner, warming up the lava stones distributes the heat evenly across the cooking area, obtaining the homogeneous cooking of the food.
The grill comes equipped with two sturdy spits, fork, a warming rack to keep everything warm, glove compartment, removable dusts drawer, wheels for easy movement.
A convenient lid protects the firebox from debris when not in use, keeping the grill clean and helping to prevent possible flare-ups.
